What you will get if you hire us for your painting and decorating:
- Reliability. We will turn up when we say we are going to. This includes when we meet you for the first time, right through to completion of the work.
- A detailed, accurate quotation. We provide a quote as opposed to an estimate so you know in advance what the price is going to be. The price will only change if you ask us to complete additional work, if we need to purchase additional materials, or if we encounter unexpected problems. Naturally, we will liaise with you first if this is the case.
- Tidiness. Your property will be left clean and tidy when we have finished. We provide our own dustsheets and covers and we take take every precaution to protect your furniture, fixtures and fittings, carpets, etc.
- Insurance Cover. We are fully covered by public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
- Materials. We only use top quality professional materials such as Dulux Trade, Tikkurila, Sadolin, Polycell, etc.
- Conduct. Throughout our time with you we will behave in a manner that you would expect of guests visiting your property.
- Refreshments. We do bring our own refreshments but if you are around while we are working, and you would like to make us a drink, our favourite tipple is coffee with milk and no sugar!

I would most certainly recommend Seamus for the great job he did decorating my hall, stairs and landing. As I was going to have new carpet laid he suggested cutting around the edge of the existing carpet so the painting was completely done to the floor. By doing this I still had carpet to walk on for the week until the new carpet was laid – this was something I wouldn’t have expected as part of the job. This is to say a BIG thank you to Seamus and of course Clare for the wonderful job they did when painting our house from top to bottom. Not only was their workmanship second to none and extremely professional. They also became carers for our Golden Retriever who enjoyed their company whilst watching their every move. Seamus and Clare respected our house as if it were their own ensuring our belongings were safe and well protected from any paint splatters or drips, this included our dog. However I believe that if there were any they were few and far between, as they are the cleanest painters I have ever encountered. Once a room was completed the room was thoroughly cleaned in readiness for our belongings to be arranged back in their proper places. Nothing was too much trouble and great care was taken to ensure the safety of not only our dog (who loved them to bits) but also our small pets. Seamus was directed by us as to which room we wanted painted next and always had time to discuss any worries or concerns. Recently we used the decorating services of Seamus Houghton. He redecorated the lounge, hall, stairs and landing to an extremely high standard.
