I would most certainly recommend Seamus for the great job he did decorating my hall, stairs and landing. As I was going to have new carpet laid he suggested cutting around the edge of the existing carpet so the painting was completely done to the floor. By doing this I still had carpet to walk on for the week until the new carpet was laid - this was something I wouldn't have expected as part of the job.
